Agreement
- The terms and conditions outlined herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Ipswich Airport Express. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you signify your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as detailed in this agreement.
Definitions
- 2.1 The terms “Ipswich Airport Express,” “we,” or “us” denote the entity providing the service. The terms “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
- 3.1 Ensure ample time allocation for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Ipswich Airport Express is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.
3.2 Responsibility lies with you to request a car of suitable size, considering both passengers and luggage. Child passengers, irrespective of age, are considered a single passenger.
3.3 Wheelchair access requests should be communicated during the booking process.
Prices & Payment
- 4.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you and excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant itinerary changes.
4.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time is subject to the standard waiting rate.
4.3 Upon accepting a quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Ipswich Airport Express of any errors absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
4.4 Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
The Service
- 5.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Charges may apply for soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle.
5.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.
5.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
5.4 Compliance with passenger limits set by licensing or insurance is mandatory.
Cancellations
- 6.1 Timely cancellation is required to avoid charges. Cancelling after dispatch incurs charges based on distance covered.
6.2 Online booking cancellations may result in charges if made after dispatch.
Liability
- 7.1 While Ipswich Airport Express strives to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
7.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
7.3 In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
7.4 You shall not indemnify Ipswich Airport Express for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from omissions or acts of anyone in your party.
7.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, as per applicable laws.
Termination
- 8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
- 9.1 Ipswich Airport Express may subcontract obligations but cannot be assigned, delegated, or transferred by you.
9.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Ipswich Airport Express, with changes reflected on this page. Review regularly for updates. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
9.3 Information is processed by the Data Protection Act of 1988.
9.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Ipswich Airport Express and you.
9.5 No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
- Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Ipswich Airport Express is not obligated to entertain claims made beyond this timeframe.
